Pack Your Bag
Bring your swimwear, two towels (one to sit on and one for drying) and your water bottle. We have 100% wool sauna hats available to borrow, helping protect your head from the heat. If you love yours, you can also purchase one from your sauna host to bring to every session.

Heat Up
Enjoy the restorative warmth of our wood-fired sauna stove. Slow down, calm your mind and breathe deeply. Listen to your body and, when you feel the heat is enough, simply step outside and cool down.

Cool Down
Take time to cool down. Step outside, rinse off with the shower or take a dip in the cold plunge. Breathe deeply and embrace the invigorating buzz that the cold brings. When you’re ready, step back into the sauna and begin again.
Most bathers enjoy around three rounds of sauna and cool-down per session, but everyone is different - listen to your body.
